Butherus, Maser & Love Funeral Home has been locally owned and operated since 1883. Centrally located in Lincoln at 4040 A Street, we are close to all churches and cemeteries. Butherus, Maser & Love Funeral Home employs 35 full and part-time people and has two locations to serve the many families who have trusted us over the years.

Butherus, Maser & Love Funeral Home is dedicated to the community as more than just a funeral home. Not only do we provide dignified funeral services, pre-arrangement services and after care services, we are also well known for our Focus On The Facts seminars designed to educate the community about pre-arrangement and estate planning along with our scholarship program for area high school students.

Meet the three men behind the name. All were born and raised in Lincoln, and are part of a "century-long caring tradition". Carrying on the time-honored tradition of Hodgman, Splain & Roberts, and knowing that we will always be a part of our community, Butherus, Maser & Love Funeral Home maintains a high level of family-oriented service in a locally owned and operated funeral home.

Patrick McCashland, pictured left, has 10 years of service to Butherus, Maser & Love, and is currently transitioning into ownership.  Patrick is the Son-In-Law of Leroy and Diane Butherus.

Butherus, Maser & Love's commitment to service is reflected in a modern facility which includes a chapel, a family reception area where families can gather for a reception or luncheon after services rather than having to go to another location, an onsite crematory and complete cremation services.
